About Shorepartly Concrete and How Referrals Work

Who are we, exactly?
Shorepartly Concrete is a referral service. We help homeowners in High Bridge and the High Bridge area find independent local providers for new concrete driveways and patios. That is the whole job. We are not a contractor, and we do not pour, cut or finish any concrete ourselves.
Why does this service exist?
Because finding a concrete provider can feel like guesswork. Winters here are cold and snowy. Freeze-thaw cycles, spring snowmelt and coastal storms are hard on slabs. Many homes are older, with stone or block foundations and full basements, so drainage and grading matter a lot. Homeowners want to spot it early, plan before problems, and talk with someone who understands local conditions. This site makes that first step simple.
How are providers matched with you?
It starts with your idea. Maybe it is a new driveway, a stamped patio or a walkway. You send an estimate request or phone in. Your details go to a provider in our network that handles that kind of work in your area. The provider then reaches out to talk about the job. Availability differs from one provider to the next, so request a callback to check who may be open to new projects.
What do providers need to bring?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to be clear about scope, give written quotes and treat homeowners with respect. Where local rules require licensing or insurance, the provider is responsible for it, so always ask for details before you agree to anything.
What do we not do?
Plenty. We do not do the work. We do not set prices or give quotes. We do not promise results, and we do not handle repair or customer service for past jobs. If damage came from a sudden event, some policies may cover it, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How does this stay running?
Providers in our network may pay a fee for homeowner referrals. That is how the site is supported. Your estimate request carries no obligation, and the price of any job is agreed between you and the provider.
